Do you have a massive list of things that you want to do? Or know in your head that you should be doing more to reach a goal???Too often we have lofty ideas of what we want to create, and then never do anything about it.
Last fall, I decided I was tired of having a TON on my list of things to do, and not getting closer to my goal. I signed up for the 100 Day Challenge. One of my goals was to get a new car – and my new Mini Cooper Convertible is on order! (it is supposed to be here sometime soon)
I created so much for myself, I decided to do the 100 Day Challenge again, and I am on Day 8 this time around.
One of the things that the 100 Day Challenge helps you do is stay FOCUSED on what you want to accomplish. I find that during my day, I often get bogged down by “stuff” that is not as important to reaching my goals…
Now, each morning, I get up and make my list of 10 things I want to do that day to move towards hitting my HAIRY MASSIVE AUDACIOUS GOALS! I know there is other “stuff” I need to do during the day, however I only allow myself to work on the “stuff” for a bit, then I head back to that top 10 list. Once I have a task completed, I get to cross it off (which creates a great sense of accomplishment), then I can go back to the “stuff” for a little bit.
I am only on Day 8, and I am finding again that I am getting so many more things done than if they were not on my daily To Do List, which helps me get closer to my goal.
